WE actually need ALOT of help! If any of you know ANYONE (with good credit) that needs a place to live tell them about this:
Move in by or before Thanksgiving, pay rent January 1st. NO deposit. Rent is $602 for one bedroom one bath (that includes water/sewer/trash) with one covered parkingspot, pool and hot tub (ooooh). Gas is around $15 and power is around $25 a month. The apartment is on the top floor in Quail Cove in Layton (by Northridge). Only conditions, pass credit check and sign remaining lease until September. Pets are ok,but there is an additional 400 deposit, and 25/month per pet.
We really need to get out of our lease so any help will be MUCH appreciated and REWARDED. If you know of anyone and they can help us out I will give you a crisp $50.00! We are pretty desperate and I know monetary rewards go a long way!

P.S. I know it is not WISE to put your place of residence...but I AM NOT LIVING THERE ANYMORE :) we are obviosly moving again!
