Its that Time of Year...AGAIN...

Yesterday was the kick off to our wrestling season. We had our little league tournament and it was enough to drive me CrAzY..good thing it is not little people wrestling all year long because that really takes alot out of you! There was a MILLION little kids running around..seriously alot more than we ever had at the Morgan tourneys..maybe because it was free? It was such a looooong day, we were up at FIVE A.M. and we didn't get home until three. I was on my feet the entire TEN hours. Honestly I am a very good wife and deserve a HUGE EXPENSIVE PRETTY PRESENT...are you getting all that Coach? Coach didn't have enough money in his budget to hire janitors for after the event..I bet you cant guess who got to wear the janitors hat too? So see what I mean about that HUGE EXPENSIVE PRETTY PRESENT? Luckily we had some of Dusty's wrestlers stay and help us. I was honestly surprised with his wrestlers..that showed up..they were there at 6:30 and stayed until the tournament was over..and then there were the awesome five who stayed and helped clean up! Dusty really has some good kids, I am excited to see where this season..that starts on MONDAY..will take him. I have to say I did have a little bit of fun at the tournament..some people from Morgan took their kiddos down and were SURPRISED to see Dusty as the COACH! All of the Morgan people asked dusty why he wasn't at Morgan anymore and were not happy that he wasn't there! I loved it..it was all I could do to not blast the people who did not want dusty there....bitter you say...I am not bitter anymore :) we have it waaaay to good where we are at..Hasta la Vista Morgan! This week was also Dusty's first week of TEACHING! He is now officially Mr. Rock! Way to go my dusty Roads. This was kinda sprung on us last week. He went in to talk to the Administration and they said they were ready for him to start teaching on Monday-we were a little confused because they had mentioned the POSSIBILITY of interning when he did his student teaching in January..nothing about November was ever mentioned..but we didn't pass up the opportunity! It is funny when things start going your way again..there is this skepticism that goes with it. For so long you were told NO NO NO, and then all of a sudden when your not even looking for anything..everything gets handed to you..I guess it all sounds too good to be true! I really am so grateful for all the opportunities that we have been given in such a short time. They have seemed a little overwhelming at times, but if any one can handle it, it is the Coach. I am so proud of you for going after the things you want in life and not getting discouraged when things don't work out perfectly. Thanks for helping me and being patient with me along the way-I know what I am like sometimes and I don't know how you do it :) Wow Monday is THE day! Good luck this season Coach-were in for an interesting ride!
