Wow! I can't believe we have been married for FIVE years...it really does seem like yesterday you were picking me up in your dad's big old pick up truck (that had NO ac) singing along to all the songs taking me to Applebees and PiRaTeS! What an interesting first date we had..we didn't even sit next to each other..but somehow I knew (even before our date) we were supposed to end up together. I wish I could say it has been an EASY five years but we both know that would be a lie, that being said I wouldn't change a thing. I cant imagine my life without you...I cant even imagine what my life was like without you! I struggle finding the right words to say to express how much I love you, I do not know what I would do without you! Thank you for being you and letting me be me.
These five years have been full of ups and downs...graduating from college...replacing engines...losing dream jobs...cruises...getting new dream job...moving...creating traditions...keeping wife out of the looney bin...all of these things have made us who we are. I know I would not have been able to make it through any of these things without you. You truly are my better half and make me stronger. Thank you for holding my hand through the GOOD and the BAD times. We have experienced so many new things together, but we haven't even begun! I can't wait to see what the next five years has in store for us. Whatever we face, I know that I will always have you by my side holding my hand helping me survive.

Congrats! Crazy it's been 5 years! Spence I will be 5 years in 2 1/2 weeks. Man the time flies!
Happy Five Years you two!! And how exciting about the move... but I do TOTALLY understand how you feel. It's amazing how attached you become to your home because of all the wonderful memories that you've made there. It was hard for me to leave our first place as well because we had been there for exactly 4 years too! So I totally relate! But there will be many more new & wonderful memories created in your new place as well! Hope it has gone great so far!
